Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) receives ACCC Approval

The merger between Vodafone & Hutchison has received ACCC approval on Friday 29th May which paves the way for the merger of two of Australias most aggressive and innovative mobile carriers to form Vodafone Hutchison Australia or VHA for short.

Commencing from June 10 2009 all new purchases from 3mobile stores and dealerships will be provisioned under the VHA company name.

For now the 3 brand will remain in use, however it is unknown what will happen to the 3 branding now that the merger has been commenced.
