Spot on with your advice. I felt embarrassed having read your link... but i just couldn't find such answers at nokia. its such a big site in the help department, my searches were bringing up generic help links.(alot like microsoft.com help links) anyways the info you so kindly provided alleviated all my fears of the hard reset. Everything that requires a license can be easily regained. And it was! All my early learning installation problems to c drive on my first smartphone were fixed by your advice.( msn messenger for s60 caused them) My c drive is back to 58mb memory and is quick and snappy to operate.
