How to: change your call divert settings
There are times when you simply dont want your mobile phone to ring, but at the same time you don’t want to miss a call. Thats where “Call Divert” comes in.
By following these simple steps you can quickly and easilly change the call diversion settings on your Nokia S60 handset.
- Press the “Menu” button
- Navigate to the “Tools” icon
- Select the “Phone” option
- Select the “Call Divert” option
- Select “Voice Calls”
You will now see the following five options. You can mix and match the diversion settings for each to suit your requirements. For this tutorial we will work on just one, All Voice Calls. The steps used can be duplicated through all “If” options.
- All Voice Calls
- Press the “Left Softkey” marked “Options”
- Select “Activate”
- You now have two options.
- To voice mailbox
- To other number
- Select required option.
If “To Other number” is selected, simply key in your divert to number and press ok.
- If Busy
- If not answered
- If out of reach
- If not available
- All Voice Calls
To de-activate simply repeat the above steps and select “Deactivate” during step 5.
