Australian Nokia Repair Centres
It appears that the days of 5 week turn around times for Nokia Warrenty repairs are over.
Nokia Australia have just released a new Customer Charter which dictates that:
“If your Nokia handset is not ready for collection within 3 business days, we will offer you a complimentary and compatible Nokia genuine accessory, from our Customer Charter selection, when you collect your handset.”
This is great news for Australian Nokia users. There are of course the usual T’s & C’s such as that the charter only applies to Warrenty repairs, and does not cover repairs to accessories such as personal hands free’s nor batteries. Full Nokia Manufacturers Warrenty (NMW) details can be found here.
