My Top 5 S60v3 Apps for my N95 - Reloaded
I love my N95 and as previously discussed there are a heap of great pieces of software for S60v3, here are a few more of my favourite S60v3 applications:
Nokia Mobile Tagger
This little gem replaces my previous fav Locr (sorry guys), whilst it is still in beta and needs a bit of work it is and hopefully will be a very integrated Geo-tagging solution for any S60 GPS enabled Nokia.
sybSMB
The N95 has WIFI and can very easilly hook up to my home wireless router to enable all sorts of things such as wireless internet and VoIP. what is lacking however is the ability to access your N95 memory via wireless as a network device. Thats where symSMB comes in. After a bit of configuring you can access your mobile device as a network drive over wifi and your shared network drives from the handset.
GSync
I am an information hoarder. It pains me to delete anything, even the hundreds of SMS’s I send each month. GSync allows you to sync your S60v3 handset with your Gmail account so you never have to loose an SMS.
Handy Taskman
With mobile handsets becoming more like personal computers every day a quick simple way to switch between programs is a must. Handy Taskman is that application. Holding the menu button for 3 seconds will pull up the task manager which displays all open applications, and gives handy stats such as memory and CPU usage and also has a handy “recent applications” feature as well.
